Hello Reader,

I can't believe we are stepping into Autumn this week. Yep I know, you haven't done what you thought you would have done by now.

But don't worry, so often you're taught that strength means holding on to the dream, the plan, the relationship, the identity. But nature, especially as we move into autumn here in Australia teaches us that this season is a softer, wiser kind of strength and time to release.

There is a fine line between taking action having the vision and knowing what you want and surrender. The knowing is valuable it sets up your energy and frequency for your future... BUT the surrender and the ability to let go is the most important part!

Letting go isn’t weakness. It’s a decision to clear energetic space for what truly wants to come in. The version of you who is aligned, flowing, and soul-led does not cling. It allows you to shed and trust.

If you’re feeling the call to slow down, reassess, or shift directions, listen. That inner whisper may be your highest self guiding you into alignment. Sometimes, it’s not about pushing harder, it’s about loosening your grip.

So don't worry about the goals for the minute, use the time to reset and realign.

Holding on can keep you stuck in cycles that no longer serve you.

Letting go of habits, outdated goals or draining energies, isn’t giving up.

It’s a power move.

Trust that in releasing, you're not losing, you're simply creating space for something more aligned, expansive, and true.

What’s one thing, big or small, you can release this week?
It might be a habit, a schedule, a limiting belief, or even clutter in your physical space.

Let go with intention. Make it a ritual. Light a candle, breathe it out, write it down and burn the paper, whatever feels sacred.

Then say:
"I release this, trusting that what is meant for me is already on its way."

Time to start eating grounding foods like soups and root veggies. Oiling your skin post-shower will help nourish your skin too.

Choose your thoughts like you choose your clothes.

Old beliefs are like outfits that don't fit. Just because they’ve been in your wardrobe forever doesn’t mean they still suit you. Ask: Is this belief helping me grow or holding me back?

Simplify

It might be time to simplify and let go of one offer, idea, or task that’s draining you. Clear space = clearer vision.
